Currently employing TopGuard for my shopping plaza and what a difference, night and day, from the previous security firm.  They have a strong focus to building relationships and have clear effective communications. Their guards are always present professional and uniformed. They have a security presence and perform patrol of premises through the night to ensure there is a visible presence. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them. I needed to do an inspection at one of my properties, and I hired TopGuard to assist me. Leading up to the day, I was contacted by HOA about a reported noise complaint/nuisance at one of my units.  The issue was that my property was 'vacant'.  It turned out that we had squatters living rent-free, and I didn't know anything about it. When I contacted Top Guard, they told me that they could help, and they exceeded my expectations.  They arrived at the site before I did.  They evaluated the area, the parking, and around the unit.  Of course, they were able to keep the place secure while I did the inspection, changed the locks, and handled minor repairs in the property.  Surprisingly, they were able to get information about the occupants and later provided me with a detailed report. My goal was to get into the unit, inspect it, and be safe throughout the process.  That goal was met. But because of their report, which I wasn't expecting, I'm able to proceed with legal action and even document losses.  The service nearly paid for itself. We hired Top Guard for a four day Community Carnival. The guards were online, professionally dressed, visible, and respectful to all. They helped to discourage any inappropriate ( for example- smoking or teenagers playing) behaviors. The business worked cooperatively with us and County to satisfy all requirements.
